Our work in this regard involves a variety of legal areas, including clinical laboratory regulation, Medicare reimbursement policy, the False Claims Act, privacy and confidentiality standards for patients' healthcare information, labor and employment laws, and general commercial law. We also advocate our client's interests before Congress, the Department of Health and Human Services, and other federal agencies.
