Brickfield, Burchette, Ritts, & Stone, P.C. has considerable experience in areas of Federal law impacting the use and development of water and other natural resources. Such areas include Reclamation and Flood Control laws, the Federal Power Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, and related authorities. We have represented a number of water and irrigation districts, municipalities, and other public agencies in a variety of matters relating to water conservation and development, water rights, interstate compacts, and public land laws, among others.
