Damon Xenopoulos is a Principal in the firm. Mr. Xenopoulos is both an Energy and International Trade lawyer. His specific transactional, regulatory and litigation expertise lies in:
Energy
- Resolving electric power and natural gas issues for industrial customers;
- Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including electric power and natural gas supply contracts;
- Regulatory and judicial proceedings, federal and state, including electric power industry regulation and restructuring proceedings;
International Trade
- Issues regarding imports entering the United States, including antidumping investigations and reviews, and other proceedings addressing unfair trade practices; and
Other
- Economic Development - negotiating state and local incentives
Mr. Xenopoulos's experience includes representing clients before several government agencies, including those listed below:

- U.S. Department of Commerce;
- U.S. Department of Treasury;
- U.S. Trade Representative;
- U.S. International Trade Commission;
- State public utility commissions; and
- Economic development agencies.
He has published articles on international trade and energy issues, including: "Want Transmission Credits?" Public Utilities Fortnightly (November 1, 1999); "Apolitical Trade Remedies," Juluka (Aug./Sept. 1995); and "Know U.S. Trade Rules or Suffer the Consequences," Business Day (August 28, 1991).
Damon Xenopoulos is a member of the New York, California\* and Washington, D.C. bars. He has also been admitted to practice before several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
