Christian D. McMurray joined the Washington, D.C. office of Brickfield Burchette Ritts & Stone, P.C. as an associate in October 2007. Mr. McMurray advises the firm's clients on a range of litigation, legislative, regulatory, and transactional matters. He counsels municipal and cooperative clients on electric reliability standards, hydroelectric licensing, transmission, and climate change.
Mr. McMurray received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2007, where he served as an editor for the Business Law Brief and founding President of the Energy Law Society. During law school, Mr. McMurray worked in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Litigation Clinic providing legal assistance to low-income individuals in matters before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Tax Court.
