Allen R. O'Neil is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Brickfield, Burchette, Ritts & Stone, P.C.  Since joining the firm in September, 2005, Mr. O'Neil has worked on various regulatory and transactional matters on behalf of the firm's cooperative, municipal, and industrial clients. 

Mr. O'Neil received a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College in 2000.  He received his law degree from Boston College in 2005, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
